There's so much information — you don't know what to trust or what your body actually needs.

It feels like something important is missing.

iv.The Approach

How This Works

Amanda Callenberg working at her desk

Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm an Australian, London-based Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC) specialising in hormone health, women's health, and the connection between hormones, digestion, and the nervous system.

I support women with PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and ongoing symptoms that have not fully responded to conventional approaches, restrictive diets, or standardised protocols.

Rather than looking at hormones in isolation, we explore how different systems in the body interact — including digestion, immune health, blood sugar, nutrient status, and nervous system regulation.

This is a highly personalised, whole-body approach combining nutrition, lifestyle support, and practitioner-led nervous system work to help you understand the deeper patterns beneath your symptoms.

Together, we create a structured but flexible path that feels clear, manageable, and deeply supportive — reducing stress and tension in the body while building the foundations for long-term health, resilience, and balance.

Ways to Work Together

Support is structured to match the level of complexity in your symptoms, your capacity, and what your body needs at this stage.

Begins with weekly support to help create early stability and momentum, before transitioning into fortnightly sessions for ongoing guidance, adjustments, accountability, and personalised nutrition support that evolves throughout the programme.

Includes one deeper reflection and integration session to explore some of the underlying patterns shaping symptoms.

Designed to help reduce symptom overwhelm, improve consistency, and help you feel more connected and supported in your body.

Direct 1:1 Support

Over 7 Hours

Begins with weekly support to help stabilise symptoms and reduce overwhelm, before transitioning into ongoing fortnightly sessions that combine hormone-focused nutritional support with deeper nervous-system-aware work.

Alongside nutritional support, the work gradually explores stress patterns, symptom cycles, and the deeper mind-body relationship shaping hormone health and overall wellbeing.

Designed for people who need more ongoing support, greater nervous system awareness, and a deeper level of integration built into the process throughout.

Includes a 30-minute review session at 6 months to reflect on progress and longer-term integration.

Direct 1:1 Support

Over 9 Hours

This work is highly personalised and adapts to your symptoms, nervous system capacity, and what feels most important at each stage of the process.

For some people, the focus begins with stabilising symptoms and rebuilding physical resilience. For others, the deeper stress, emotional, and nervous system patterns influencing symptoms are integrated into the work from the beginning.

Hormone-focused nutritional support, nervous system regulation, emotional patterns, symptom reactivity, and deeper mind-body work are explored together throughout, rather than as separate stages.

The structure provides a supportive framework, while allowing the work itself to remain responsive, flexible, and tailored to the complexity of your body, symptoms, and life circumstances.

Includes a final review session to reflect on progress, integration, and longer-term support moving forward.

Direct 1:1 Support

Over 12 Hours

Many women arrive here exhausted from trying to manage their symptoms alone. If you're unsure how much support, guidance, and time your body needs, we'll work that out together.

vi·bThe Process

The Five Landscapes

A gentle way of understanding the process.

While every journey is unique, I often think about the process through five interconnected landscapes.

These landscapes represent orientation rather than progression. They help us understand where you are, what is currently being explored, and what your system may need right now.

The aim is to better understand your body and respond to what your system needs at that moment.

The Five Landscapes framework: Understanding, Stabilising, Exploring, Integrating, and Expanding

This Approach Is Right For You If

  • You're tired of trying to figure this out on your own.
  • You're ready for clear direction and changes that actually make sense for your body.
  • You're open to exploring more than just hormones, including stress, lifestyle, and nervous system patterns.
  • You're ready to prioritise your health and feel more confident in your body.

This May Not Be The Right Fit If

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a simple plan to follow.
  • You're mainly looking for checklists, meal plans, or surface-level guidance.
  • You only have the capacity for occasional check-ins rather than ongoing support.
  • You're not in a position to prioritise your health right now.
vii.Quick Q & A

Quick Q & A

That's completely understandable.

Many of the women I work with feel exhausted after trying different diets, supplements, practitioners, or approaches without lasting change.

This work focuses on understanding the bigger picture behind your symptoms, rather than applying another generic solution.

As a registered Nutritional Therapist, I can also recommend advanced testing where appropriate to explore patterns that may not have been looked at in standard care.

Meaningful change often comes from having the right level of support, clarity, and consistency over time.

The discovery call is a relaxed conversation about what's been happening for you, your symptoms, challenges, and what you've already tried.

It's a space to begin understanding what may be driving your symptoms or keeping things from fully improving.

If helpful, I'll share some initial thoughts, explain how I work, and answer any questions you have.

There's no pressure, just a supportive conversation about what could help you move forward.

Not always.

We begin by understanding your symptoms, health history, and overall picture before deciding whether testing would be useful.

Functional testing can provide deeper insight into areas such as hormones, digestion, and stress physiology when needed, but it's never used unnecessarily.

The focus is always on what will genuinely support your progress.

A hormone health nutritionist supports women experiencing symptoms such as irregular cycles, PMS, fatigue, or hormonal imbalances.

Rather than looking at hormones in isolation, this work explores how areas like digestion, stress, blood sugar balance, and nervous system patterns may also be influencing symptoms.

Support is personalised and evolves over time, helping you better understand your body and respond to it more effectively.

Many women receive general advice, medication, or supplement recommendations, but still feel their symptoms are not fully resolving.

Working with a nutritionist allows for a more personalised and detailed approach.

Instead of focusing only on symptoms, we look at the wider picture and how different systems in the body may be interacting.

This creates greater clarity around what may be driving your symptoms and how to support your body more sustainably.

Some women do make progress on their own, particularly with supportive lifestyle changes.

But when symptoms are ongoing, inconsistent, or complex, it can become difficult to know what's actually helping.

Working with a practitioner provides structure, clarity, and ongoing support, so you're not relying purely on trial and error.

The process adapts as your body responds, helping changes feel more manageable and sustainable over time.

Your GP plays an important role in diagnosis, investigations, and medical care.

Nutritional therapy offers a different layer of support, with more space to explore lifestyle, symptoms, stress patterns, digestion, and day-to-day factors that may be influencing your health.

The two approaches often work very well together.

Medical care provides oversight and safety, while nutritional therapy offers the depth and ongoing support needed for longer-term change.

Not at all.

Most clients work with me online and find it easier to stay consistent that way.

The process remains highly personalised, wherever you're based.

We explore your symptoms, health history, and patterns in detail, with ongoing support and adjustments provided throughout the process online.
